END-GRAIN CUTTING BOARD

End grain cutting boards are more durable when compared to long or edge grain boards. End grain boards are better at hiding and healing cut marks and they won't dull that sharp edge on your cutting knife. You can cut almost anything on these boards fruit, vegetables, meat, and of course the cheese.  An end-grain cutting board can also double as a charcuterie board for your parties and gatherings. End grain boards take a lot more wood and need more steps to put together but if they are well maintained they will look like new for a long time.

CHARCUTERIE BOARD

A solid piece of red oak will be cut into a shape of your choice. Your board will have rubber feet on the underside. Oil and beeswax will keep your board looking like new and food safe. The inlayed text & images seen in the examples above are an optional add-on.
